Ms. Alexandra Arjona

Ms. Alexandra (Lexi) Arjona (she/ella/hers) brings expertise in the not-for-profit industry. She is multilingual, with a specialization in foundations, community organizations, after school programs, and the K-12 public, private, charter, and alternative school sector. Lexi has expertise working with unhoused populations, LGBTQIA2S+ young adults, individuals in transition, and those experiencing food and healthcare insecurities.  Lexi focuses on Hispanic-serving institutions. She is an accomplished grant writer and event planner. She specializes in coaching and professional development for high school students and others applying to community colleges, four-year colleges and universities, and technical colleges. 

Dr. Allison Heard

Dr. Allison Heard (she/ella/they) brings extensive experience working in higher education, the not-for-profit, and for-profit sectors. Allison's doctoral dissertation research focuses on the Impact of Hiring for Mission in Catholic, Franciscan colleges and universities. As an inclusive excellence and equity-forward practitioner, Allison brings expertise in business development, professional development, workshop facilitation, data analytics, and change management. Allison is a trained Restorative Justice Practitioner, and a Title VI, Title VII, Title IX, and ADA compliance specialist. Allison is an accomplished grant writer and strategic planner who focuses on mission and vision. Allison is also an interfaith leader who amplifies collaboration by developing programs to prevent antisemitism, islamophobia, religious intolerance, and xenophobia.

Ms. Avis Heard (she/her/hers) brings deep expertise in the for-profit industry. She specializes in consultation focused on new business start-ups and individuals looking to grow their brand or expand their capacity. Avis is our social media wizard. She excels in providing tips for expanding your products and services online, marketing, and influencing on social media. Avis brings more than twenty years of experience working in the hospitality and convention center industry; catering, organizing, promoting, and hosting upscale events. She has a flair for working with businesses that want to craft a unique identity in a crowded market. Avis provides advocacy for children and teens in transition and those in foster care, and promotes career education and exploration.

Dr. Deanne Wolter

Dr. Deanne Wolter (she/her/hers) is a licensed mental health counselor who specializes in customized individual therapeutic practices. She provides services both in-person and through Telehealth. She is an expert in higher education as well as private industry mental health services. Deanne's doctoral dissertation research focuses on the mental heath and well-being of first-generation college students and their persistence and support systems. She is uniquely qualified to provide safe conversations for individuals experiencing PTSD and trauma, and for victims of sexual violence.
