Ms. Alexandra (Lexi) Arjona (she/ella/hers) brings valuable not-for-profit expertise to her work in the industry. As a multilingual professional, she specializes in business development for foundations, community organizations, after school programs, and the K-12 public, private, charter, and alternative school sectors. Lexi has extensive experience working with unhoused populations, LGBTQIA2S+ young adults, individuals in transition, and those facing food and healthcare insecurities. She focuses on supporting Hispanic-serving institutions. An accomplished grant writer and event planner, Lexi also provides coaching and professional development for high school students and others applying to community colleges, four-year colleges and universities, and technical colleges.

Dr. Allison Heard (she/ella/they) brings extensive experience working in higher education, not-for-profit sectors, and the for-profit industry. Allison's doctoral dissertation research focuses on the impact of hiring for mission in Catholic, Franciscan colleges and universities. As an inclusive excellence and equity-forward practitioner, Allison combines her expertise in business development with a deep commitment to strategic planning. She is skilled in workshop facilitation, data analytics, compliance, risk assessment, and change management. Additionally, Allison is a trained Restorative Justice Practitioner, as well as a specialist in Title VI, Title VII, Title IX, and ADA compliance. An accomplished grant writer and strategic planner, Allison emphasizes mission and vision alignment in her work. As an interfaith leader, she enhances collaboration by developing programs to combat antisemitism, islamophobia, religious intolerance, and xenophobia.

Ms. Avis Heard (she/her/hers) brings deep expertise in the for-profit industry and focuses on business development. She specializes in consultation for new business start-ups and individuals eager to grow their brand or expand their capacity. Avis is our social media wizard, excelling in providing tips for expanding products and services online, marketing, and influencing on social media. With more than twenty years of experience in the hospitality and convention center industry, she has catered, organized, promoted, and hosted large, upscale events. Avis has a flair for helping businesses craft a unique identity in a crowded market. Additionally, she offers her not-for-profit expertise by advocating for children and teens in transition and those in foster care, while promoting wellness tips, personal growth exploration, and career education.

Dr. Deanne Wolter (she/her/hers) is a licensed mental health counselor specializing in customized individual therapeutic practices, offering her services in-person and through Telehealth. With extensive expertise in higher education and not-for-profit sectors, she is well-equipped to address mental health counseling needs. Deanne's doctoral dissertation research highlights the mental health and well-being of first-generation college students, focusing on their persistence and support systems. Her unique qualifications allow her to facilitate safe conversations for individuals experiencing PTSD and trauma, as well as for victims of sexual violence, while also incorporating elements of healing and restoration in her approach.
